Carlisle police said there's no evidence the public is at risk.
One person was shot late Sunday night on a Carlisle street, borough police said.
Police said the victim was rushed to the hospital after gunshots rang out around 10:12 p.m. on the 100 block of West North Street. No arrests have been made as of Monday afternoon. Police said there is no evidence this was a random act, or that the public is in danger. Anyone with information on this shooting is asked to call Carlisle police at 717-243-5252, or submit a tip
