The Government has announced an investment of €11 million in the Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre of Excellence (AMTCE) in Dundalk

Minister of Further and Higher Education, Innovation and Science Simon Harris made the announcement on a visit to the centre and also confirmed approval to appoint a main contractor to complete construction work at the facility.

The AMTCE offers training courses in areas such as robotics, additive manufacturing, cybersecurity, biopharma and food processing.
