13 men and two women charged with public order offences appeared before Judge Dermot Dempsey at a special late night sitting of Dublin District Court on Monday
A citizen journalist, a gym instructor, a hairdresser and a construction worker were among 15 people who appeared in court charged with offences arising out of a serious public order incident in north Dublin .
Sergeant Peter Keenan, court presenter, gave evidence of arrest, charge and caution by way of certificate for all 15 who are charged.READ MORE: Carlow crash: Woman dies and two men airlifted to hospital as gardai close road All defendants except Mia Kearney are charged with Section 8, failing to comply with Garda direction on the day, while Ms Kearney is also charged with a dangerous driving offence on the day.
