While you many consider your budget to be a restriction on your ability to living in one of the 'best' areas of Nottinghamshire, a listing on Zoopla may just change your opinion.

A three-bedroom house in Edwinstowe has been advertised on the property website priced at offers over £155k. According to another website, Muddy Stilettos, Edwinstowe is listed as one of its top 250 places to live. The website highlights eight areas of Nottinghamshire in its nationwide Top 250 Places to Live series, also including Wollaton, Farnsfield, Beeston, Southwell, West Bridgford, Newark and Burton Joyce in its choice. It says of Edwinstowe: "If it’s trees and fresh air you’re after, Edwinstowe is a characterful village right on the edge of Sherwood Forest that’s perfect for families who want a taste of the good life".

So, just what does it have to offer in terms of accommodation? There is a good sized conservatory that is open to the kitchen, and there's a lounge with display fireplace. As previously mentioned, there are three bedrooms and, of course, this house has a family bathroom too. Outside is a driveway providing parking, there's a good sized garden and from the first floor rooms, some lovely views over fields. The selling agent adds: "Be quick to book your viewing on this lovely three-bedroomed, semi-detached property as we think it's going to be popular."
