Police believe alcohol could be a factor for all three civilian drivers involved. The investigation is still ongoing.
"Don't drink and drive," Officer Mitchell said,"It's not worth it. It's not worth your life. It's not worth someone else's life. Second, we ask drivers on the road to pay attention."
