A 22-year-old man died following an early Sunday morning single-vehicle crash in York County, according to the York County Coroner’s Office.
The fatal crash happened just before 5 a.m. on Gut Road, in an area about halfway between Second Street and Wago Road, in East Manchester Township. According to the report, the driver lost control and drove into a tree, with the death attributed to multiple blunt force trauma. The matter of death was ruled an accident, the coroner’s office said. The individual has not yet been identified.
Two passengers in the vehicle were taken to area hospitals for treatment. Their conditions were not given out.
