A man in his 40s was pronounced dead at the scene
A 29-year-old will appear in court after a man lost his life in a crash on the A45. The incident happened on the bypass at Flore at around 10.55pm on Monday
It occurred when a red Vauxhall Zafira and a silver Ford Fiesta were involved in a collision. The driver of the Ford – a man in his 40s – was pronounced dead at the scene. Julian Schkambi, of Clarendon Road, Luton, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving in connection with the incident. He will appear before Northampton Magistrates’ Court this morning .A spokesperson for the force said: "Officers would still like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have dash-cam footage of the collision itself. Anyone with information is asked to email [email protected].
The A45 was also closed yesterday in both directions after a head-on crash. The block was in place between A5 and Main Road . There was a collision at around 3:45am in the morning when a silver Toyota Prius car travelling from Daventry towards Northampton was in collision with two LGVs.At NorthantsLive we're more than just news.
