Brooklyn NYWOW! I was curious so decided to make these cookies and am so glad I did. I did customize a bit following the advice of others below . When I first combined everything the dough seemed a bit loose ...but after stirring a bit it firmed up perfectly. know, I know... Genious, right... Or fill that lil well w/... Are you ready for this... Nutella!!! The cookie being hot melts both the jelly & Nutella. Then stick the cookies I put warm cookies on a plate then into the freezer or fridge for a few mins so the well filler hardens up again. The jelly turns to a more solid chewy candy & the Nutella turns into more of a solid. Like a melted choc kiss but better because it's Nutella.
