This week ended with drug dealer Daniel Bickerton going to prison for more than five years for supplying crack cocaine and cocaine, and having a loaded shotgun in his Mansfield home. Nottingham Crown Court heard he had broadly boasted he was able to make "high-quality crack cocaine" and "the best in the area".
His case was sentenced on Friday after 40-year-old Bickerton of Prices Street, Mansfield, pleaded guilty to possessing an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, possessing a shotgun and ammunition, and supplying cocaine and crack cocaine. He was convicted last October of two counts of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and one offence of possession of a knife in a public place. Read the full story here
