Big events with your kids don't always go smoothly. So KSAT 12 talked with the experts - parents - about the tips that work for them to have a great Fiesta with the whole family.
But how do you make sure it’s a good time when you’ve got kids in tow? KSAT 12 asked parents at Fiesta De La Familia at St. Gregory the Great Catholic School and Church on Sunday for their best tips.- “You know, we got four, and it’s just we got to keep an eye on everybody. And coming out with big family, it’s easier to keep track of everybody. Everybody watches everybody.”“Dress for the weather - definitely want the kids to stay cool.
- “You have to remember the stroller so you can put them in for a nap. Strollers, fans and tons of snacks and drinks.”“You know, don’t make a big deal about what you’re spending. The important thing is that you’re doing something as a family and just having a great time.”“Especially those events where it’s - you’re known to go out and drink. You can take your kids, but we’re not staying late. Once it gets dark, especially, we’re out.
