The first phase includes a restaurant and retail center, single-family homes and townhomes by Hovnanian Homes and Ashton Woods, and the Linz at The Station apartments.“These restaurants are an important step in fulfilling our vision for a vibrant and walkable social district,” PMB Capital Investments partner Taylor Baird said in a statement.
Evolve Biologics is building a 200,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in the Sachse development. And Trinity Regional Hospital Sachse will anchor a 33-acre medical campus in The Station.
