My mum Amanda and I booked treatments last month to celebrate my birthday, and were blown away by how much we loved the spa.
I decided to book in for my very first massage as a birthday treat, and opted for the 35-minute back, neck and shoulder massage, priced at €79. Despite being in my 20s, I struggle with back and shoulder pain and my lovely massage therapist worked out all the knots leaving my muscles soothed and relaxed. A detail I loved was the option to choose whether you wanted your therapist to chat with you or not – I chose the latter as I wanted to really sink into the experience.
