A 4-year-old boy and a man were injured in a shooting Thursday on the Long Beach Freeway in Lynwood.
The incident was reported at around 6 p.m. on the northbound Long Beach Freeway, just south of Glenn Anderson Freeway.Witnesses reported seeing someone from the SUV use a handgun to shoot at one, possibly two cars on the 710. A man and a 4-year-old were taken away by ambulance, though their condition is unknown. It is also unclear if they were in the same vehicle.
