A Place in the Sun's Jean Johannson was in disbelief at a buyer's family admission at the start of today's search.
However, Jean was shocked when she asked why they decided to move their plans forward. Vicky said: "We thought why wait 10 years if it's possible to do now."The host was in disbelief when Carl revealed he is a grandad as he said: "I've got an older daughter from before I met Vicky, who has got two kids of her own now."
The couple fell in love with the fourth home on the search and was priced at £95,726. However, they managed to secure it for £83,000 after a "cheeky" low offer sealed the deal.
