He was back in court yesterday
The boy and another teenager admitted arson with recklessness as to whether life was endangered and were sentenced on October 5.
As well as the arson, he was also re-sentenced for two assaults by beating, with different victims, in Watford on April 12, 2022. Investigations into the fire, which left five families unable to return to their homes, quickly led firefighters to believe the blaze had begun in the bin storage unit.Police, ambulance, and fire services arrived at the scene quickly according to neighbours. Eight fire engines attended along with multiple ambulances and incident response units.
