The movie premieres at Venice Film Festival on Thursday, with Driver in attendance.
The acclaimed Oscar-nominated filmmaker, known for movies including Heat and The Last of the Mohicans with Sir Daniel Day-Lewis, has assembled a stellar cast for his racing drama.
Alongside Driver in the hotseat of this racing drama is Penelope Cruz as Ferrari’s wife Laura and Shailene Woodley as his mistress Lina Lardi, as well as real-life motor enthusiast Patrick Dempsey as driver Piero Taruffi, Sarah Gadon and Gabriel Leone.actor Driver, 39, is predominantly seen as the older Ferrari, sporting a grey wig with a receding hairline and mostly wearing black sunglasses and sharp grey suits.
‘Adam Driver looks incredible as Ferrari,’ enthused one fan of his look for the film, while another shared: ‘Seeing Adam like this is so weird but I’m so down, he’ll kill it.
‘If you get into one of my cars, you get into win,’ Driver is heard proclaiming at the end of the trailer in the clip’s only spoken dialogue.
