Celtic paid €12m for Ireland star Adam Idah to sign him from Norwich last September - and on Sunday he scored in the Scottish Cup against Hibernian
He might be trailing in the wake of goal sensation Daizen Maeda in the Celtic scoring charts this season, but Adam Idah ’s form in front of goal has been impressive in its own right.
The latest of his 14 goals came in Sunday’s Scottish Cup quarter-final win over Hibernian, when he netted in injury time to secure a 2-0 win. Maeda has played a total of 3,228 minutes so far this season, so he has scored at a blistering rate of a goal every 119-and-a-half minutes. His short, but industrious, time on the pitch against Hibs brought his tally this season to 1,799 minutes.
