Move to include expanded intakes for speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, podiatric medicine and physiotherapy programmes
for those intending to become speech and language or physiotherapists are to come on stream in September, it has been announced.
The move will involve expanded intakes next month to speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and podiatric medicine programmes at University of Galway as well as physiotherapy in Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland . “Increasing our future supply of health professionals to meet the needs of our health service is a key priority for me and this Government,” said Minister for Health
