World-renowned singer Adele couldn't hold back her emotions during her Las Vegas residency as she dedicated a song to a man in the crowd holding a picture up of a woman

Singing sensation Adele broke down in tears on stage at her Las Vegas residency, after seeing a fan holding up a photo of his wife whilst she performed a song.

At one point, as he held up the phone, the man touched a hand to his chest and looked visibly emotional as he listened to the words of the song. Later, Adele explained: "When I walk through the crowd, I wish you could see what I can see, because, I know I talk to a few people every night, but then I just see little stories of people happening."
