In falling to 12-25 with their second straight loss and third in the past four games, the Spurs trailed 74-47 at halftime after Irving hit 9 of 10 from the field, including 3 of 4 3-pointers. He hit his first seven shots on his way to finishing 11 of 14 . The Spurs hit just 39.1 percent of their shots in the first half, including only 31.6 percent from deep . For the game, they hit just 8 of 31 from downtown .
But the Spurs, who have lost six straight to the Nets, did just that in the first 24 minutes, with Brooklyn scoring 11 points off of 11 turnovers.
