Here's how travelers in Indianapolis reacted to being allowed to use public transportation without a face covering now that the mask mandate for travel has ended.

This decision comes as local COVID-19 hospitalizations have dropped. Hospitals are still full of other patients. The Marion County Public Health Department says vaccination rates have also dropped nearly 95% since January.
