Aisling Kearns has said an emotional goodbye to the Dublin home where she and her family have spent the last six years.

Aisling Kearns has said an emotional goodbye to the Dublin home where she and her family have spent the last six years. The actress took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos from the property, reflecting on the memories they made there before revealing that they are now heading back to the Midlands.

The home holds a particularly special place in Aisling’s heart, as it was where she lived out the final years of her 20s, welcomed their beloved pets Teddy and Missy, and became a mum to son Tommy. It was also where the family discovered they were expecting their second child, with Aisling admitting the house had seen them through “tears, laughter, love and everything in between.

”“Alas – the time has come to say goodbye to our Dublin home of the last 6 years,” she wrote alongside the snaps.

“This home was where we lived out the last of our 20s, adopted Teddy & Missy, Tommy was born and baby 2 was found out about to name just a few moments. ” While admitting that it was a “hard decision” to leave, Aisling revealed that the family are being drawn back to the countryside.

“But the country air calls us back to the Midlands, so for the next while that’s where we’ll be! ” she shared. Signing off with a sweet tribute to the house, she wrote: “Goodbye 26, thank you for everything. ” The move marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the family, with Aisling and Dave now settling back into life in the Midlands.

The couple also have plenty to look forward to as they prepare to tie the knot, having announced their engagement in August 2025.
