The Chatty Man 'thought he had it' according to reports
Northampton's Alan Carr is reported to be "devastated" not to get Britain's Got Talent role. The Chatty Man was the ITV bosses' favourite to replace David Walliams as a judge on the hit show, according to the Daily Mirror.
Bruno is said to be a close friend of Simon's with the comedian said to be "devastated" by losing the job as he "thought he had it", MailOnline reports. Alan was predicted to be David's replacement after sources close to the show told MailOnline that ITV bosses were "excited about how wonderful he [Alan] will be with the contestants."
