The Gypsies beat derby rivals Shelbourne 2-1 at Tolka Park on Saturday
The new Bohemians boss oversaw a 2-1 derby win away to Shelbourne on Friday night, to secure his second victory since succeeding Declan Devine.
But Reynolds had an uninterrupted week to prepare for the Shels clash and feels his team reaped the rewards at Tolka Park. And Reynolds feels Bohs - who host Dundalk on Monday - will be even better in the weeks ahead once he puts his own stamp on the team. “I don't want to say too much but what I look for in fitness levels and the rest is a bit different. It will take time to get there. They are improving but we have to be careful that we don't break down while I try to get them there.”
