New Alan Wake 2 gameplay revealed that the sequel, which has been set up as a standalone experience for newcomers, will feature two playable characters: Alan Wake and Saga Anderson. According to Remedy, Anderson is an FBI profiler"with a reputation for solving unsolvable cases.
Remedy says Anderson and Wake's realities are connected in ways"neither of them can understand" and that their echoes become reflections that can reach out to one another."Trapped in a horror story where there are only victims and monsters, can they break out to be the heroes they need to be?"
