Ireland's Got Talent contestant Alana Fox, 19, hoping it's third time lucky after two failed X Factor auditions
A performing arts teacher is hoping it’s third time lucky on Ireland’s Got Talent tonight, after getting knocked back by the X-Factor twice before.
She told Irish Daily Mirror: “Myself and the girls, we went to stage school together and we just decided to make up the band just for the show [X Factor] but we are really good friends, we didn’t have a huge break up or anything. “I would love to become an artist in the industry and hear my own songs on the radio or on the charts, or for someone to spot me.
“I auditioned for loads of shows, and I wouldn’t necessarily give up anything for a show, but I would put anything on the line if I was to become a singer, I would work really hard, so I just hope it works out.
