Aldi shoppers are 'drooling' over two new pizzas that have been launched ahead of summer
The budget retailer has amassed an army of fans over the years due to its low prices, especially as many households struggle with food bills amid the ongoing cost of living crisis.
Aldi regularly adds new items to its range and two new products have now been added to its Specially Selected brand - which aims to bring "the best of gastro dining to your home".Aldi's new Specially Selected sourdough pizzas come in two varieties: Spicy Salami and Sweet Chilli Jam, and Slow Roasted Tomato and Mozzarella.
This week dedicated social media foodie account UKNewestFoods shared the new pizzas on its Facebook and Instagram accounts, and dozens of Aldi fans have been quick to comment on the posts. Mandy said: "Looks like some other far more expensive brands, mentioning no names". Pamela said: "Need to give both of these a go", while Kerry said: "Definitely going to try the chilli jam one. Co-op used to do one too but it got discontinued." Josh said: "Have to get some soon", while Mark simply posted a series of drool emojis.Receive newsletters with the latest news, sport and what's on updates from the Liverpool ECHO by signing up here
