Halyna Hutchins died on the film set of Rust when she was allegedly shot by a prop gun
Alec Baldwin has been formally charged with involuntary manslaughter for the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
Baldwin filed a lawsuit against Gutierrez-Reed and other people involved with the film, alleging that they failed to check the gun carefully enough. Baldwin's lawyer Luke Nikas, of Quinn Emanuel, shared a statement in response to the decision to file the charges.
