Alison Hammond issued an apology on This Morning on Friday after discovering a big mistake she had been making on social media.The 48-year-old was back at the helm of This Morning, fronting the ITV daytime show for the first time since she and co-host Dermot O'Leary stepped in and covered following Phillip Schofield's shock exit.
They took viewers' calls to speak to those who had body image concerns and were seeking expert advice. Describing her hatred for going outside with her legs uncovered, Elaine revealed how she would "live in black trousers" if she could. The host then added: "Elaine I know exactly how you are feeling. You can do this and you can be strong."
