This Morning presenter Alison Hammond has opened up about her 11 stone weight loss after the reality of her weight was brought home to her in a mortifying incident
Alison Hammond has candidly shared her impressive 11-stone weight loss journey after making significant changes to her lifestyle.
Alison, who is currently presenting Channel 4's The Great British Bake Off once admitted she was "really dying" due to her weight and instantly made the decision to overhaul her life. Nowadays, Alison admits she's much happier with her figure and is often praised by fans for her stunning looks.
"It was embarrassing the whole thing and from that moment I just started buying two seats. I don't do it anymore because I've lost a bit of timber but not everyone can afford to do that." Alison also opened up about her personal battles with her size: "I was in a situation where I was morbidly obese. I had to lose weight because I was dying, I really was dying.
