Alison Hammond has been joking about the side effect of being the new host of the Great British Bake Off ahead of her first appearance in the tent. .
And after filming the series over the summer, Bake Off fans will finally get to see her in action when the 2023 run of the baking competition begins on Tuesday, September 26. Ahead of her on-screen debut in the famous tenet, Alison has been opening up about her new role. Co-presented Noel commented: "Yeah, Matt said he’d never do it again. I would never say I’d stop eating," to which former Big Brother star Alison replied: "I’m going to end up being in a wheelchair!"
