The Canadian full-back hadn't endured a loss for the Parkhead side since his move from Montreal eight months ago.
After 23 unbeaten outings for Celtic, Johnston quipped the new away kit for this season must be the reason for his record being broken. "But that’s the Champions League for you. Yes, that is a bit frustrating to lose that record. That is my first loss. The central defender was a player many expected to depart over the summer, however, he has been a regular this season as defensive injuries plague the Celtic defence.
