All Creatures Great and Small actress Rachel Shenton has revealed that she was “thrilled” to spend more time on set with fellow co-star Patricia Hodge while filming the Channel 5 show.
“So that was a pleasure and it was just sort of a moment of, the female alliance without giving too much of the story away, those two women knew what that feeling was in that moment.” As viewers head to the Yorkshire Dales for the latest series of the show, the shadow of war looms over Skeldale House and Rachel’s character Helen’s thoughts are turning to the next stage of her life alongside her husband James.
Away from All Creatures Great and Small, viewers may recognise Rachel for previously appearing on Hollyoaks where she played Mitzeee Minniver in 2010 before leaving the soap after three years.
