A young woman, Julia Faustyna, took the internet by storm over the weekend when she claimed to be missing Madeleine McCann.
They want to find out if the mysterious social media user is in fact their daughter who has been missing for almost 16 years. She also said she doesn’t remember much about her childhood, and despite believing she is 21, she said she isn’t confident of what her real identity or age. She posted similar spots on her body to Madeleine while on a ‘Live’, alongside a spot on her leg, and - most alarmingly - she has the same rare eye condition as Madeleine, coloboma.
Similarities to Kate and Gerry McCann The young woman went further and began comparing her facial features to both Gerry and Kate McCann on social media. Links to a paedophile who resembles Portuguese police drawing Julia has made claims that when she was younger, she was ‘victim of a German paedophile’ who resembles pictures shared on the Find Madeleine page by police.
