Sweets, meat and other items you need to bin right now as Centra, Dunnes, Lidl and more issue recalls in recent weeks
There have been several food recall orders published by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland over recent weeks affecting customers across many big-name stores.All retailers stocking the following products will have point of sale notices posted in the store and will provide shoppers with refunds if returning any of the implicated batches.
Some examples of the issues identified to date with these counterfeit Wonka branded chocolate bars include: Retailers were told to remove the implicated products from sale and to display a point-of-sale recall notice in stores where the affected products were sold. “To date, there have been ten cases in Ireland with the same strain of Salmonella responsible for the UK outbreak.
The implicated batch - with the use-by date: 17.03.2022 - was sold in some stores in Limerick and Galway areas.Lidl Paella Lidl stores in Ireland issued an urgent recall of a batch of Culinea Paella due to a labelling issue.
