The Light Blues' season has gone from bad to worse as Michael Beale's sacking on Sunday night was followed up by a Europa League shocker at group bottom seeds Aris Limassol.
Ally McCoist admits the Rangers board MUST get the next manager call right as he described the current situation at the club as 'carnage'.
Off the park, the board are working hard behind the scenes in the search for the new manager and to get the season up and running. Scott Parker is the latest name to emerge as being 'interested' in the role while one report suggests that Frank Lampard and Kevin Muscat have both spoken to the Ibrox hierarchy at a London summit and on a video call.
