Amazon customers have been warned of a price rise coming in from next month. The online retailer has sent an email to many of its Prime members advising them of the change, which will come into effect on September 18.

Thousands of Prime members received the message, which states that orders over £20 will automatically be delivered using the fastest available option at no extra cost. But the £8.99 Prime membership will not cover those orders of less than £20.The email states: "From 18 September 2023: Your Prime Same-Day or Overnight orders over £20 will automatically be delivered to you using the fastest available option, at no extra cost.
