We could do worse than to reread George Washington’s “Rules of Civility.
Another aspect of education is teaching all of us how to use the internet safely, particularly for the youngest among us. Do we want them here? Think about the vast majority of those who make it to our borders. How much courage and true grit and determination does it take to grab your four-year-old’s hand put your two-year-old on your back and walk across six countries to get to our border?
