'American Pie' producer to list LA mansion for $5.49M
Chris Weitz, who produced the classic coming-of-age comedy “American Pie,” is looking to part ways his light-filled Los Angeles compound.
Designed by the architect Mark Mack, the Abbot Kinney Boulevard home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across its 4,208 square feet. The ground floor features a two-story atrium and two of the bedrooms. The second floor has an open-concept living room, a dining area and a kitchen — as well as a mezzanine and an enclosed, courtyard-sized balcony.
The LA pad is not the first Weitz — who is also known for his work on “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” and the new live-action “Pinocchio” — put on the market this year.
