Anchorage Assembly leaders say they want Mayor Dave Bronson to publicly respond to scathing allegations made against him by recently-fired Municipal Manager Amy Demboski.
“The Municipal Attorney’s Office has advised us to not discuss these issues as they relate to potential litigation matters,” Bronson spokesman Hans Rodvik wrote in a statement Wednesday. “The people of Anchorage have a right to know if their city is being run legally and responsibly,” they said. “Therefore, we call on Mayor Bronson to respond to these allegations right away.Ousted Anchorage city manager accuses Mayor Bronson of breaking law, creating hostile work environment
