Andrew Tate has had his detention extended amid an ongoing investigation into alleged human-trafficking. Andrew and brother Tristan were initially detained for 30 days by police, but will now be kept in prison until next month.
This meant that they would have been due for release on January 30. However, a Romanian court has now ruled that their detention may be extended, with a potential further month added on. Following an investigation by officials, the pair were arrested and taken to a police station in Bucharest where they were held for 24 hours on December 29. Tate is under investigation by DIICOT, and reports in Romania claim he and his brother are being questioned in connection with allegedly forming an organised crime group which used girls in adult videos.
