Andrew Tate has lost an appeal to be released from prison in Romania, meaning he will remain in jail until at least March 29.
Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan are escorted by police officers inside the headquarters of the Bucharest Court of Appel, in Bucharest for misogynistic influencer Andrew Tate following his arrest in December.
He was today pictured arriving at the Bucharest court of appeal handcuffed to his brother Tristan, who is being held in the same case. Prosecutors also won an appeal on Monday against a court’s decision last week to place two women held in the case under house arrest, instead of in full detention. Tate himself has repeatedly claimed Romanian prosecutors have no evidence and alleged their case is a ‘political’ conspiracy designed to silence him.
