Andy Farrell must decide whether to go with Dan Sheehan against Tonga on Saturday - one of a number of selection dilemmas the Ireland head coach has faced this week.
It was the first time that Sheehan and Kilcoyne had full involvement since landing in France, after foot and groin issues respectively, while Henshaw was picked for the bench for the opening game against Romania last weekend but was left out as a precaution due to a hamstring problem.Only Jack Conan remains unavailable after a foot injury but the no 8 is targeting his first involvement at this Rugby World Cup against the Springboks on Saturday week.
The Boks are looming large on the horizon but Tonga - a team that boasts five ex-All Blacks in the ranks, including three who lined out at provincial level in Ireland - will pose a physical challenge and can't be discounted.
