If you see Lewis Hamilton doing this, you know 'he is in the zone.' F1
Lewis Hamilton’s former physiotherapist Angela Cullen has revealed the telltale signs that the Mercedes driver is “in the zone.”
Ahead of qualifying for the Australian Grand Prix last weekend, Cullen took to her Instagram to give fans an insight as to what to look out for in order to tell Hamilton was mentally prepared for the session ahead. “The perfect quali is where you build each lap, learn from the previous, implement and profit in the following. [I] just love the focus and attention.
The split between Cullen and Hamilton came as a surprise but the Mercedes man revealed it was entirely amicable, suggesting that the demands of Formula 1 eventually take their toll.
