Dame Angela Lansbury is a legend for lots of reasons: to a generation of TV viewers, she will always be wily super-sleuth Jessica Fletcher in the long-runningBut some younger folks out there might know her best as the voice of Mrs Potts in Disney’s 1991 musical classic,In the movie, Lansbury sings the famous title track that accompanies the scene of Belle and the Beast falling in love.
However, as happy as the 91-year-old seemed to be to sing the iconic song 25 years later from the original movie, it appears the actress had some reservations when she first heard of the live action remake.
