The Ask Me Anything chat show host came under fire from the controversial judge after he criticised her waltz
TV star Angela Scanlon was left relieved after surviving another week on Strictly Come Dancing – despite judge Craig Revel Horwood’s harsh criticism.
But the Co Meath host dodged the bottom two, with Angela Rippon facing the judges for a second time and newsreader Krishnan Guru-Murthy. The judges ultimately sent Krishnan home.Speaking about her waltz, Angela said the waltz was the dance she was “most terrified about”. But the night started off rocky for the mother of two after Craig began the feedback by criticising the dance's "unforgiveable gaps", drawing shocked gasps and a chorus of loud boos from the audience.
However, it was clear that the other judges disagreed, with Shirley Ballas seen gesturing at Craig as Anton Du Beke frowned and Motsi Mabuse shook her head. Motsi quickly chimed in, saying: "No, I don't agree with you, Mr Craig Revel Horwood! Guys, I thought for me personally that this was your best dance since you started in this competition."
