“The truth is many are just trying to survive for one reason or another- the overwhelming sadness of seeing what’s happening in the world, maybe it’s wading through grief or financial worries, or illness. So many things. They mightn’t have the energy to think about anything else.

“Ease yourself in. I like having goals to work towards but I’m taking my time – I still have some of the selection boxes to finish.Finally, Anna concluded by advising her followers if they are looking to add a goal for the year, to make sure that they are doing it for themselves and not for others.
