The former number one tennis player has said that the show has helped keep her mind off other things after she lost her husband Mel to cancer earlier this year
Annabel Croft has said that taking part in Strictly Come Dancing has given her a "glimmer" of joy this year after her husband's death.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Annabel said that performing on the show has left her with no room to dwell on other things."I find the performing terrifying. I feel physically sick, but the effort involved means your brain doesn’t have room for anything else," she said.
