Jonathan Clough, director at Smith and Clough, told the Glasgow Times:"I am delighted to have been instructed to sell the leasehold interest in Simeone’s fish and chip restaurant and takeaway, I am expecting strong interest in the sale. "The business is extremely well established and enjoys a fantastic trading position on Byres Road, enjoying a loyal and regular clientele from the many local residents and businesses, shoppers and high volumes of students.
"The premises were completely refurbished and refitted in July 2020 at a cost of circa £250,000 to create a 48-cover restaurant and separate takeaway, which a new owner will benefit from, and the sale really does offer a tremendous business opportunity."
