Theo Burrell was back on Antiques Roadshow on BBC Two as she was reunited with a forgotten family heirloom she was keen to get her hands on - before being savagely shut down.
One Antiques Roadshow guest made no time to negotiate with expert Theo Burrell who was happy to take a family heirloom off her hands.
Theo beamed, filled with hope as she chatted with her guest, who had managed to snatch the item from Sir William Burrell's private collection. "That does make perfect sense to me that this may have been something from his private collection", she added, valuing the bowl between £1,000 and £1,500. The man, based in Dundee, showed Mark Smith some items that belonged to his father and the rare artefacts on display included an array of medals and badges.
As Mark examined the medals, he highlighted: "We have a Territorial medal here. He went to France and he starts off his war by coming off a beach, somewhere called Dunkirk because he has the Dunkirk medal as well. What did he join then?"
